Tamara Lović

I am an abstract artist based in Buzet, Istria.

My work emerges from deep grounding in Presence and an awareness of the unseen layers of existence. Before painting became my primary language, I accompanied individuals through processes of inner transformation and alignment with their true essence.

Today, that very same depth and frequency continue to materialize through raw canvas, texture, charcoal, acrylic, and traces of gold.

THE PRACTICE

Painting as a space of Presence

Working intuitively with raw canvas, acrylic, charcoal, layers of texture, and touches of gold, I allow each painting to emerge gradually, layer by layer, in its own rhythm.

Rather than illustrating a predetermined idea, I listen to the rhythm, density, and silence of the Field and the material. Each work develops through a living dance between movement and stillness, surrender and form, the visible and the unseen.

For me, a painting is not merely an object occupying space. It creates space: acting as a quiet anchoring wave that invites a pause, silence, and the remembrance of one's Source.

I live and create in Buzet, a small hilltop town in Istria, Croatia. The stillness, rawness, and layered peace of this landscape naturally enter my work — not as a visual depiction, but as the very frequency and atmosphere of space.
